ANXIETY ISN'T A DEFINING TRAIT.
IT'S A PATTERN.
AND PATTERNS CAN BE CHANGED.
ANXIETY IS NOT WHO YOU ARE OR SOMETHING TO DEFINE YOURSELF BY. IT'S A PATTERN THAT CAN BE UPGRADED - WITH THE RIGHT TOOLS AND TECHNIQUES.
Waking up exhausted with an immediate sense of dread before your feet even touch the floor?Moving through your days experiencing a constant undercurrent of unease or foreboding?Do you often feel panicked that seemingly comes from nowhere with no aparrant reason, leading to panic attacks, a racing heart and shortness of breath?Stuck in mind-loops of worst-case scenarios you can't seem to get away from? This isn't a character flaw, nor is it normal or something you have to accept as a part of your life. It's your subconscious mind and body running an outdated programme it learned a long time ago, that hasn't been able to switch off.Talk therapy manages the symptoms.Rapid Transformational Therapy™ (RTT™) goes direct to where the programme was installed, which is usually found to be from your childhood, rewiring the pattern from the root, allowing for deep subconscious transformation of your mind and nervous system.Lasting change in a handful of sessions. Not years of therapy.
THE PROBLEM
You've probably already tried to manage it.Counselling, talk therapies. The breathing exercises. The apps.Yes, some of it helps and I fully support anyone who commits to making a change in their lives with any type of therapy. But do you seem to always find yourself back in the same spirals, wondering if this is just the way your life is going to be from now on.That's because MANAGING a pattern and CHANGING a pattern are two different things.Coping strategies work on the symptoms - the racing heart, the spiralling thoughts. They don't touch the reason your brain and body decided this situation was dangerous in the first place.Until that changes, you're doing maintenance. Forever.

I'm Emma.Certified Rapid Transformational Therapy™ Practitioner, Clinical Hypnotherapist and Somatic Practitioner, working with people whose anxiety has started costing them something real - their careers, their relationships and their health.I came to this work from policing. It may seem like an odd route into therapy, but a very useful one. I spent years listening to people at their most lowest and vulnerable, and I learned that what helps isn't just sympathy and empathy - it's someone calm enough to stay in it with you. That's what I bring to every session.I'm not going to tell you that you're broken, or wrap you in cotton wool, and I'm not going to talk around the thing you came to say.I listen, understand, and we get to work fast. We don't dance around the issue. We go straight there, to find the root, the cause and the reason - with one goal in mind - to give you relief as quickly as possible. If that's what you're looking for, then welcome! You have found the right person!

What is Rapid Transformational Therapy™
RTT™ combines hypnotherapy with a direct, structured method for finding the origin of a pattern. In session, we locate the moment your mind first decided something about you or the world - that you're not safe, not enough, not allowed to take up space - and we work with that belief, at a subconscious level, at the point it was formed, using trusted elements of CBT, NLP and parts therapy, rewiring the mind and body to accept a new and more powerful belief system. At the end of your session you receive a powerful, bespoke audio recording to listen to for 21 days, which is where the wiring of new neural pathways actually takes place, using the power of neuroplasticity. It's collaborative, you stay awake and aware throughout, and you'll remember all of it.You are in full control during the session. I cannot make you say or do anything you don’t want to, and you can bring yourself out of hypnosis at any time. All that is required is a commitment to the session, your healing and transformation.
THE SCIENCE TO SUPPORT IT
Hypnosis has been shown to produce measurable physiological change, not just a subjective feeling of calm.Research published in Scientific Reports found that a brief hypnosis-based intervention lowered cortisol responses tied to anticipatory stress, and separate research recorded hypnosis reshaping the body's stress response and increasing parasympathetic activity - the system responsible for calming the body down.A 2017 systematic review of randomised clinical studies, cited 94 times, concluded that hypnotherapy is effective in reducing perceived stress, with consistent evidence across multiple trial designs. This isn't complementary or alternative medicine.
It's neuroscience.
